B2B-CONCLAVE SOLUTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the information listed below as each booking is subject to B2B-Conclave Solution standard terms and conditions.

B2B-Conclave Solution is aware of the continuously changing business environment, and we do our best to support you with a flexible approach when it comes to any changes in attendance or cancellation of your registration at our events. However, please keep in mind that we cover expenses for each attendee well in advance of the event and thus must strictly adhere to the outlined payment, cancellation policy as part of the B2B-Conclave Solution’s terms and conditions.

Payment Terms: Upon completion and return of the signed registration form, full payment is required no later than within five (5) business days from the date of invoice. Payment of the invoice must be received prior to the conference date; otherwise, We reserve the right to refuse attendance/admission to the conference if payment has not been received.

B2B-CONCLAVE SOLUTION  CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

You may substitute/change delegates without at no extra charge at any time by providing reasonable advance notice at least 7 days to the conference to B2B-Conclave Solution. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. For any cancellations received in writing not less than eight (8) days prior to the conference, you will receive an 80% credit note to be used at another B2B-Conclave Solution conference which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit note. An administration fee of 20% of the contract fee will be retained by B2B-Conclave Solution for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within seven (7) days (inclusive) of the conference.

In the event that B2B-Conclave Solution cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit note for 100% of the fee paid. You may use this credit for another B2B-Conclave Solution event to be mutually agreed with B2B-Conclave Solution, which must occur within 24 months from the date of issuance of such credit note.

In the event that B2B-Conclave Solution postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend in on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit note for 100% of the fee paid. You may use this credit note for another B2B-Conclave Solution event to be mutually agreed with B2B-Conclave Solution, which must occur within two years from the date of issuance of such credit note.

Except as specified above, no credits note will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.

B2B-Conclave Solution is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. B2B-Conclave Solution shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible,such circumstances include: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency or other limitations to the normal flow of business of the companies that directly affected the execution of obligations under these terms and conditions.

Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, B2B-Conclave Solution reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

DISCOUNTS

All ‘Early Bird’ Discounts require payment at time of registration and before the deadline  in order to receive any discount. Any discounts offered whether by B2B-Conclave Solution (including group  discounts) must also require payment at the time of registration.

To fully use our services, especially when registering for an event or downloading events brochue, you will be required to provide us with your contact information and some other information relating to your professional employment.We use this information to provide you the service that you requested for,and to be intouch with you through out the time of business.so you complies that B2B-Conclave Solution will retain the information provided as part of the booking. The information will be stored in the B2B-Conclave Solution database and used only by B2B-Conclave Solution. It will not be published, sold or pass to any third parties.
